Two facing runs of buttoned leather, a table down the middle when you want one, and glass on both sides. The stern doors stay open to the deck, so the room is never quite indoors.
Fifteen aboard is the whole boat. Book a seat and share the sitting, or take the vessel for the evening and bring your own company.

Each sitting runs its own length. Seats are held for twenty minutes after the hour, and the boat leaves the mooring on time.
